A chance to meet someone from outside the team.

Hiring Manager Interview
A discussion around the role, team and day to day activities, as well as discussing longer term prospects.

Executive Interview
The final stage of interviewing is usually to meet an executive relevant to your discipline.

Contract signed and received via pinpoint. People Ops to move candidate to Bob to start the pre-onboarding/onboarding process.
